4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

bte99 facilitates deposits and withdrawals exclusively through verified payment channels available to players in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all financial transactions on our platform:

• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to your card issuer's policies.
• All deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). A minimum deposit of ৳500 applies, and a minimum withdrawal of ৳1,000 applies unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). bte99 may request supporting documents including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. 5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

bte99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as promotional funds and cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be converted to real funds by completing the stated wagering requirement (rollover) before a withdrawal can be requested.
• bte99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, system abuse, or in breach of these terms will be voided and the associated funds forfeited.

• Any bte99 branding, trade marks, or service marks may not be used in any advertising, promotional material, or public communication without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Privacy & Data Protection

11. Account Suspension & Termination

bte99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, provision of false registration information, suspected fraudulent or criminal activity, failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe, or if bte99 determines that your continued use of the platform poses a risk to other users or to the integrity of the service.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no breach of these terms has occurred. Bonus balances are non-refundable in all circumstances.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
